About Com Office Systems
Com Office Systems is a proudly South African supplier of office technology, printing solutions and everyday office essentials, helping businesses and home users find the products, support and expertise they need to keep working efficiently.
From printers, ink and toner cartridges to paper, office supplies, accessories and technology, our focus is on providing dependable products at competitive prices, backed by knowledgeable service and practical advice.
Printing remains a key part of what we do. We supply both original and high-quality compatible consumables for leading printer brands, including our range of Print-Rite compatible cartridges. Our team can assist customers with choosing the correct products for their equipment, while our technical services provide support with computer, printer and laptop repairs and maintenance.
Local Service. Nationwide Reach.
Com Office Systems has four physical branches serving customers across the Eastern and Western Cape:

- Port Alfred – Anchorage Mall, 9 Gluckman Road
- Hermanus – Shop 9, Pick n Pay IPIC Shopping Centre, 97 Main Road
Alongside our physical stores, our online store allows customers throughout South Africa to conveniently shop our range and have their orders delivered directly to them.
More Than Just a Supplier
We believe good service goes beyond simply selling a product. Our aim is to help customers make the right choice, solve problems when they arise and build long-term relationships based on reliable service, practical solutions and genuine support.
Where possible, our repair and technical services also help customers extend the useful life of their equipment rather than replacing it unnecessarily — helping reduce costs while supporting local skills and services.
Whether you're setting up an office, replacing a printer, looking for the right cartridge or simply stocking up on everyday essentials, Com Office Systems is here to help.
Everything your office needs. One trusted supplier.
