Print Rite Cartridge Warranty & Guarantee

Warranty Coverage
Print Rite compatible cartridges are manufactured under strict quality control standards and are warranted to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to all Print Rite toner and ink cartridges supplied by our company.

Performance Guarantee
Print Rite cartridges are guaranteed to perform to the same print quality and page yield as the original OEM product. If a cartridge fails to perform as expected, we will replace the cartridge or provide a credit, subject to inspection.

Printer Damage Guarantee
Print Rite cartridges are designed not to cause damage to printers. In the rare event that a Print Rite cartridge is proven to directly damage a printer, Print Rite will cover the cost of repair. This is subject to:

  • Verification by an authorized technician

  • Submission of a detailed service report

  • Return of the defective cartridge for evaluation

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

  • Cartridges that have been refilled, tampered with, or misused

  • Damage resulting from improper storage, incorrect installation, or use outside manufacturer guidelines

  • Normal wear and tear of printers

Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, the customer must:

  1. Provide proof of purchase

  2. Return the cartridge (if possible) for testing

  3. Submit any printer reports or error logs if printer damage is suspected

Upon review, a replacement, repair contribution, or credit will be processed.
